Most AI consultancies were built to serve the companies that didn’t need them — the Fortune 500 firms with armies of data scientists, eight-figure technology budgets, and dedicated AI transformation teams. The market moves fast when there’s a large cheque waiting at the end of it.
DARNOC was built for everyone else. For the 500-person manufacturer trying to compete with automated rivals. For the financial services firm watching its margins compress because manual processes cost too much. For the professional services company that knows AI could double its capacity — if only someone would build it properly.
We named the company DARNOC — CONRAD reversed — because that reversal is everything we stand for. We don’t believe AI transformation should be a top-down, technology-first, complexity-maximising exercise. We believe it should be turned around: human-first, execution-first, built from the inside out.

Why I built DARNOC.
I have spent years watching mid-market enterprises fall behind on AI — not because they lack ambition, but because nobody built the right firm for them. The enterprise vendors wanted their Fortune 500 contracts. The boutique advisors stopped at the strategy. The technology vendors sold them tools with no training.
DARNOC exists to close that gap. I named it after my own name, reversed, because I want every client to know that this is personal. My identity is in the brand. My accountability is in every project we deliver.
